Find your Spiritual Harbor
Whether you're seeking guidance or a listening ear, know that you are not alone on this journey. Take a deep breath, and let's walk this path together. Your story matters, and I'm here to listen with an open heart.
For centuries, Christianity has been good at explaining how Christ and the cross help sinners. But does faith have anything to say to those who have been sinned-against? The church has not done well in understanding abuse and trauma, and creating space for those who have suffered from it. As a survivor myself, I have worked through these very difficult issues theologically, and believe that I have something to offer besides the pat answers we so often hear. I offer a safe space for you to wrestle with the very hard questions suffering evokes. I am open to seeing anyone, but particularly those who have been abused, women clergy, post-evangelicals, and those trying to reconstruct some understanding of God that takes their unique experiences seriously and compassionately.
